It depends on the service. Oil changes and tire rotations take 30–45 minutes. Brake jobs typically take 1.5–3 hours. Full engine rebuilds can take 2–5 business days. We always give you a realistic time estimate before starting any work, and we'll call you if anything changes.
Do you work on all vehicle makes and models?
Yes — we service all domestic and import vehicles including European brands (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche), Japanese brands (Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, Mitsubishi), and American makes (Ford, GM, Chevrolet, Dodge). We have OEM-level scan tools for all major manufacturers.
What does your 36-month warranty actually cover?
Our warranty covers all parts we supply and install, plus the labour to reinstall them if they fail within 36 months or 60,000 km (whichever comes first). It does not cover customer-supplied parts, wear items like brake pads, or damage from subsequent accidents or misuse. If something we fixed fails, we fix it again at no charge.
Can I supply my own parts?
We accept customer-supplied parts in some cases, but our warranty applies to labour only when parts are not sourced by us. We recommend letting us supply parts to ensure quality control, proper fit, and full warranty coverage. We're transparent about our parts markup — ask us and we'll tell you exactly what we charge.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes — we offer 0% interest financing for 6 months through our partner on approved repairs over $500. We also accept all major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and cash. Fleet and corporate accounts are available with net-30 billing terms.
Is there parking available while I wait?
We have a comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi, coffee, and a TV. Our lot has 20+ parking spots for waiting customers. For longer services, we offer free shuttle service within 10km, or a complimentary loaner vehicle for jobs over 4 hours.
